Employment opportunities

We offer a variety of staff positions, ranging from counselors to administrative positions. The counselor positions are typically entry level positions, and knowledge of working with children is important.   Additional certifications and experiences increase the base pay rate for most positions, while some certifications are required for some positions ( i.e. Life guarding certifications for waterfront counselors). There is a comprehensive staff training, and some opportunities to gain Red Cross certifications will be made available if possible . All counselor positions have residential responsibilities and live in the cabins with the children.
